NB999 Terms and Conditions – Your Complete Player Agreement

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between NB999 (referred to as "NB999", "we", "us", or "the Platform") and you as a registered or prospective user ("Player", "you", "your"). By accessing nb999.click or any NB999 product — whether on desktop, mobile browser, or any other device — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply alongside any specific game rules, bonus terms, and promotional conditions that NB999 publishes from time to time. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, these general Terms take precedence unless the specific promotional terms explicitly state otherwise.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To create an account and use NB999, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

1. You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. NB999 operates a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding underage gambling. If we have any reason to believe a player is under 18, that account will be suspended immediately and all funds held pending identity verification.

3. You must not already hold an active or suspended NB999 account. Only one account per person, household, device, or IP address is permitted.

5. You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of NB999 or any of its affiliate or partner companies.

NB999 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing reasons. Approval of registration does not constitute a waiver of NB999's right to later verify eligibility and take remedial action if eligibility criteria are found not to have been met.

3 Account Responsibility

You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place on your NB999 account. This includes all bets placed, all deposits made, and all personal information provided. Specific account responsibilities include:

• Keeping your login credentials confidential. You must not share your NB999 username, password, or any account access details with any other person under any circumstances.
• Notifying NB999 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party. NB999 will not be liable for losses resulting from failure to report unauthorised access promptly.
• Ensuring all personal details registered on your NB999 account remain accurate and up to date. You must notify NB999 of any changes to your contact information, particularly your mobile number, which is used for payment verification.
• Not allowing any other person to use your NB999 account to place bets, claim bonuses, or conduct any transactions. Accounts found to have been used by multiple individuals will be suspended.
• Not creating additional accounts to circumvent restrictions, bonus limitations, or verification requirements. Multiple accounts are a serious breach of these Terms and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

4 Deposits & Payments

NB999 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. The following payment methods are supported for deposits:

1. The minimum deposit amount on NB999 is Rs 500. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification level and chosen payment method.
2. All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. NB999 does not accept deposits made by third parties on behalf of a player. Deposits made from accounts in a different name may be returned and your NB999 account suspended pending investigation.
3. Deposits are credited to your NB999 wallet immediately upon confirmed receipt. NB999 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
4. NB999 reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of funds at any time, particularly for deposits above Rs 1,00,000 in a rolling thirty-day period. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account restrictions.
5. Deposited funds that have not been used in any wagering activity may be returned to the original deposit method upon request, subject to standard identity verification requirements.

5 Withdrawals

NB999 is committed to processing all withdrawal requests promptly. Our standard withdrawal processing target is thirty minutes from request submission. The following terms govern withdrawals from NB999:

• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the NB999 account. Cross-name withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There is no upper limit on withdrawals, though large withdrawal requests may be subject to additional identity verification before processing.
• NB999 does not charge withdrawal fees. You receive the full PKR amount you request. Your receiving payment provider may apply their own incoming transfer fees, which are beyond NB999's control.
• Withdrawal requests submitted during periods of system maintenance or unusually high traffic may take longer than the standard thirty-minute target. NB999 will communicate any known delays via the platform or email notification.
• Before a withdrawal can be processed, your NB999 account must have completed the standard identity verification process. Players who have never verified their identity may be asked to provide CNIC documentation before their first withdrawal is released.
• Winnings derived from promotional bonuses are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 6 before becoming withdrawable.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

NB999 offers various promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, and free bets. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer:

1. All bonus funds carry a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement on NB999 bonus funds is 20× the bonus amount unless the specific promotion states a different figure. For example, a Rs 1,000 bonus with a 20× requirement requires Rs 20,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal becomes available.
2. Bonuses must be claimed within the timeframe specified in the promotional details. Expired bonuses cannot be retroactively applied to your NB999 account.
3. Only one welcome bonus can be claimed per player. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus more than once through additional accounts or different payment methods constitutes abuse and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all related balances.

5. NB999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any active promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Players who are part-way through meeting wagering requirements at the time of cancellation will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
6. Bonus abuse — including but not limited to using multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns designed to guarantee bonus withdrawal without genuine play risk, or misrepresentation of identity — will result in immediate account closure and permanent ban from NB999.

7 Gameplay Rules

The following general gameplay rules apply across all NB999 products. Specific game rules are published within each game or betting section of the platform and should be read in conjunction with these general terms:

• All bets on NB999 are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to review your bet selections and stakes before confirming. NB999 will not reverse or amend a confirmed bet except in the specific circumstances described below.
• In the event of a technical error or system fault during a live casino session that results in an inconclusive game outcome, NB999 will void all bets placed during the affected round and return all stakes to player accounts. This is the only circumstance in which a confirmed bet can be reversed.
• Sports bets — including football betting and esports betting — are settled according to the official result of the relevant competition as declared by the governing body. In cases where a result is disputed or subject to official review, NB999 will suspend settlement pending the official outcome.
• Virtual sports results are generated by a certified RNG system and are final upon announcement. No virtual sports result will be amended after publication.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on NB999 and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances, in addition to any further legal or civil action NB999 may choose to pursue:

1. Creating or operating more than one NB999 account simultaneously or sequentially.
2. Using another person's identity, payment method, or personal details to register or transact on NB999.
3. Using software, scripts, bots, or automated tools to place bets, claim bonuses, or interact with the NB999 platform in any way.
4. Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to fix or influence the outcome of any NB999 game or betting market.
5. Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any player who identifies an error or vulnerability must report it to support@nb999.click immediately.
6. Using funds derived from illegal or fraudulent activity to make deposits on NB999. NB999 takes anti-money laundering obligations seriously and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
7. Attempting to withdraw funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements through any method, including deliberate manipulation of account balances.
8. Harassing, threatening, or abusing NB999 staff, dealers, or other players through any channel including live chat, email, or in-game communication features.

9 Responsible Gaming

11 Intellectual Property

• You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the NB999 platform solely for the purpose of placing bets and playing games for your own personal entertainment.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any NB999 content without prior written authorisation from NB999.

12 Limitation of Liability

• Losses resulting from your failure to read, understand, or comply with these Terms.
• Inaccuracies in odds or market information displayed due to technical errors, provided that NB999 acts promptly to correct such errors and voids any bets placed on the basis of materially incorrect odds.
• Losses resulting from account security breaches caused by your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

NB999's aggregate liability to any player shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

13 Account Suspension & Termination

NB999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

1. Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during subsequent verification processes.
3. Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe when requested by NB999.
4. Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of funds derived from criminal activity.
5. Suspected bonus abuse or any coordinated effort to defraud NB999 through exploiting promotional offers.
6. Behaviour that NB999 reasonably considers harmful to the integrity of the platform, other players, or NB999 staff.

You may voluntarily close your NB999 account at any time by contacting support@nb999.click. Upon voluntary closure with no outstanding wagering requirements, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method within five business days.

14 Amendments to These Terms

NB999 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, NB999 will notify registered players via email and/or a prominent notice on the platform homepage. Minor clarifications or corrections may be made without specific notification.

The date of last update shown at the top of this page will be revised each time changes are made. Your continued use of NB999 after the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 15 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any disputes arising from your use of NB999 shall be governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which NB999 operates. NB999 operates a transparent complaint resolution procedure. Disputes must be submitted in writing to support@nb999.click within thirty days of the event giving rise to the complaint. NB999 will acknowledge your complaint within twenty-four hours and provide a substantive response within five business days.

In the event that a complaint cannot be resolved through direct negotiation between you and NB999, the matter may be referred to independent dispute resolution as described in the complaint resolution procedure available from NB999 support.
